Build a Power Partnership™ with Your Time and Grow Your Profits!

As a prior associate of Dr. Stephen R. Covey, author of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Denise Trifiletti, founder of WomensCommunity.com, is solving the problem for businesswomen who complain of “too much to do, and too little time.”

In her teleclasses, Denise shares, “How you use your time is the key factor which determines your level of success.” She encourages women to stop trying to do it all, and stop trying to single-handedly juggle all the balls of business and life.

She preaches the word, “focus,” and says “Focus on spending your time on what provides you with your greatest personal and professional ROI (return on investment).” She asks, “What are the top three things that can give you the greatest personal satisfaction and profits?”
Having spent nearly 20 years in technology, she also helps women build systems and processes. One of her programs in her proven 3-Step Power Partnership System is entitled “How to put your Sales and Marketing on Autopilot.” She tells women, “Select the sales and marketing strategies that fit your style and budget.”

Her invention, the proven 3-Step Power Partnership System, helps women build a successful business while exponentially growing their profits. It focuses on building three key Power Partnerships: one with yourself, another with your time, and the third with others (your selected Power Partners). She includes her practical GROW Partnership model as a key tool for building Power Partnerships efficiently and effectively.

Denise offers one-to-one consulting for a select number of women, and also offers group coaching through her membership at www.WomensCommunity.com. This unique community helps aspiring and seasoned entrepreneurs achieve financial freedom and to exponentially grow their profits through the Power of Partnerships. She can be reached at denise@WomensCommunity.com, or 828-295-3369.

Seven Tips to Convert Your Contacts to Cash

What is the return on your investment (ROI) of time and money for your networking efforts? Can you measure that ROI in terms of new clients, increased dollar volume, partnerships that create added value, or new referral networks?

Success isn’t an accident. To succeed, you must continuously measure your results and continuously try to improve.

I believe passionately in partnerships. You will find me talking a lot about the value of partnerships–the partnerships we form with others (such as clients, prospects, employees and contractors) and the partnership we create with our own use of time. The most valuable partnerships that help drive your business, I call “Power Partnerships.” Before you can begin to create partnerships, you need to take a few simple steps to better understand where power partners can help you.

Identify and focus on a target. Look for an opportunity to create a niche for yourself so you can become known as an expert. To determine your niche, assess your attitude, skills and knowledge. Then ask yourself, “If I had to choose one group of people I enjoy working with, who would it be?” Next, determine your strengths. These can be technical, interpersonal, or skill-based. Then figure out which industries match your experience and knowledge. Finally, evaluate the types of problems you are good at—and enjoy—solving.

Identify the people or organizations that are already doing business with your target or are complimentary to your business. Identify your Power Partners. Think about the connections you may already have with people or groups who offer complimentary products and services. Ask yourself what assets and strengths you bring to the table that would encourage these people to see you as an attractive Power Partner. Remember, it has to be an “all win” situation, meaning that everyone affected by the partnership benefits. Also think about those who are specialists or experts in areas which are not your strength or interest. These are also Power Partners who can help you to grow and stay focused on your passion and strengths. Finally, think about those who can provide you with support and accountability. These individuals or organizations can also become your Power Partners.

Arrange to meet with these potential power partners. If you have done your homework, you will have an attractive “all win” proposition to present to your potential power partners. This will make them willing to hear you out, and consider partnering with you. Be as specific about what they gain as you are about what you want. If possible, meet in person. This gives you the best opportunity to shine.

Develop a “33 second power introduction.” Use your introduction to convey the benefits (not features) of what you offer. Be clear about who receives those benefits. Remember the WIIFM (what is in it for me?) principle. Ask to explore an “all-win” partnership and ways you can mutually GROW together.

Use the practical and proven GROW Partnership Model as a basis for your discussion and exploration. Ask in-depth questions to learn about your partner’s goals, and the resources they have to offer.

Try to create an “all-win” partnership with every connection you make. Help them solve their business problems, and ask for the help you need. Ensure the risks and rewards are shared. The connection may help you attain more clients, referrals, and more business solutions. They can help you to GROW exponentially to increase your sales and profits.
