Women Entrepreneurs – Don’t Go it Alone

October 25th, 2007

Why do less than 5% of women entrepreneurs become millionaires? Denise Trifiletti, Founder of Women’s Community, believes it boils down to one word – focus.

Women entrepreneurs are great multi-taskers. However their greatest strength can be their greatest weakness when trying to run a business. They can juggle work and family, and hate to ask others for help – preferring to be ‘super women’. The downside? “Women fail to focus on the bottom line, personally and professionally” says Trifiletti. “They sacrifice their self care for others, and fail to focus on, and leverage what they do best. They often fail to focus on what will ultimately provide them with their greatest happiness, as well as profits in their business.”

Women’s Community believes that women need to employ the 3-step Power Partnership™ System, and build Power Partnerships with themselves, their time, and others. If a woman defines and focuses on what she is most passionate about, she will be much more highly effective and happy. Women need to become highly effective and choose and focus on strategies that fit their style and budget. They need to leverage their time with systems and use the internet and build products to sell 24/7, to achieve their greatest ROI and profits. Finally, if a woman builds Power Partnerships with others she will exponentially grow – both personally and professionally.

The 3-Step Power Partnership System is the foundation of Women’s Community and the key to success and happiness.

I think that women fail for the same reason’s men fail. They aren’t getting help.
A snowball falling down a mountain gathers snow and grows. Business should also gather and grow. No one can do it alone!
I think this is easier for women than men. We know we need help.
Start gathering your team. A girlfriend to cry on. Another girlfriend to encourage with new ideas. A housekeeper to help you focus your time more productively and or a nanny to help you focus. This team doesn’t start unless you get the help. It grows the more you grow. An accountant, a lawyer, etc…
Otherwise you’re just a lone snow ball falling down the hill. Gather people that support and help you and you’ll discover an avalanche of success.
