They aren't getting help. A snowball falling down a mountain gathers snow and grows. Business should also gather and grow. No one can do it alone! I think this is easier for women than men. We know we need help. Start gathering your team. A girlfriend to cry on. Another girlfriend to encourage with new ideas. A housekeeper to help you focus your time more productively and or a nanny to help you focus. This team doesn't start unless you get the help. It grows the more you grow. An accountant, a lawyer, etc... Otherwise you're just a lone snow ball falling down the hill. Gather people that support and help you and you'll discover an avalanche of success.
